Our Mission
Tech Comm has designed and manufactured radio direction finder (DF) and signal search COMINT systems and antennas for over four decades. Our SWaP-optimized systems deliver DF, COMINT, and search and rescue capabilities — including EPIRB, AIS, and DSC detection — from a single low-profile antenna, enabling operators to locate, monitor, and act on signals of interest across the spectrum.
We are a proven supplier for U.S. Coast Guard cutters, U.S. military aircraft, special mission aircraft, and other defense and civil platforms worldwide. We are a proudly U.S.-based certified small business, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Tech Comm is ITAR registered and ISO certified.

DF, COMINT, and/or search and rescue coverage via one antenna extending as little as 0.25 inches from the platform edge. Power draw as low as <3 A at 12 VDC. Designed for platforms where every inch and amp counts — including U.S. military helicopter and special mission aircraft programs.

Systems integrate flexibly into a wide range of mission management systems via our customizable UDP over Ethernet commands. Our systems are compatible with core protocols (e.g., NMEA), and Tech Comm is creative and flexible in adding new integrations.
